My steam buddy just introduced me to this concept. And it sounds like a lot of fun. Essentially, you take a character through a DND like campaign. There are rules to each world you visit and how you start your 'jump' depends on the world. (A jumper from RWBY would not have the same catalyst as a jumper from DBZ) It has a 'point system' and even a 'creative mode' if you just want to do it for story purposes. Basically, all Jumpchains go through the same-ish 'story' Their main purpose is to really do a deep dive into a character and develop them as they run through the gambit.
