B: The less googling you do the better, it makes it more fun if you don't know a lot. C: I'll probably post more of these prompts if I come up with them. Somewhat like the many Misheard Lyrics videos on youtube. 1: Pick a video game monster, write a love story between a human and that monster. 2: Pick a video game protagonist, create a new backstory and legend. 3: Pick any two video game monsters, write a story about the two monsters having a divorce. 4: Pick a villain or boss character, and make them the hero of a new story. 5: Pick a hero/protagonist and make them into a villain. 6: Pick a video game monster, and write a story about it being a domesticated pet (alternatively write the process of domesticating said creature)
Once upon a time in the land of Hyrule, a young man named Link fell in love with a fearsome monster known as a Lizalfos. Despite the initial shock and fear he felt upon encountering the powerful creature, Link found himself drawn to the Lizalfos's sharp mind and fierce loyalty. As they spent more time together, Link and the Lizalfos, whom he named Zal, grew closer and closer. They may have looked like an unlikely couple to outsiders, but to them, their love was natural and unstoppable. Despite the challenges they faced, Link and Zal remained steadfast in their love for each other. They fought side by side against the forces of evil, always looking out for each other. In the end, Link and Zal triumphed over their enemies and were able to live happily ever after, proving that love knows no boundaries, even between a human and a monster.
