yellow post/reply box-missing text options

why is the reply box 'yellowed' again and missing all the text options?... is it only for me, or do others see it like this, too?]

 

My screen is normal. Did you try to change back to Rich Text editor from BB Code editor like what fixed it the last time?

 

@mammamaia There should be an option just below the editor box on the left hand side that says 'use rich text editor'. If you click that, everything should go back to normal.

1. there's no such option
2. it's ok again, today

 

it happens on and off... if you can't fix it, i'll learn to live with it...
