Hmmm. Sounds interesting, but so many remakes have gone tits up recently. I'd hate it to be a repeat of the Star Wars fiasco...
Star wars was always set out like that Lucas was always going to come back and do the prequels He started with Episode 4 a new hope Ep 5 Empire Strikes Back and Ep 6 Return Of the Jedi. But at the time Lucas made a new hope he wasn't sure if it would take of 1977 after all was very different and special effects then were nothing like now. The star wars saga is now a master piece from Episode 1 to Episode 6 and No doubt the CGI series that starts december 2008 and followed by the Live action starting time scheduled for March 2009 will be immence and powerfully gripping.
