You guys, maybe I was too vague, but when I said Jessamine "pranced away from Jacob", I meant that she was still in the same room, she just gave him some space, lol.
Oops! Sorry. Misunderstood! Rather than everyone going back and editing posts, we can just go forward as if that didn't happen and we're all in the cramped little field office, Humbert having introduced everyone who hasn't worked together.
Okay, since this particular segment of the game is going to involve investigation/crime solving, when the chars get to the scene, you can have them check things out/ask questions, and I'll provide answers.
Well, my char isn't really the investigative, talkative, out of the box type. So he will probably just join other people and help them. Also, if he recieves the right orders, he can be quite "persuasive"
I feel like everyone on this team is a Raven and my character is a Starfire. Ya'll need more vitamin D. PS How relatable is Jessamine using Google to find better words? I do that on a daily basis.
XD If you're referring to Teen Titans Go instead of the original Teen Titans, I'm thoroughly disappointed in you. And I don't know. Jacob seems personable and pleasant enough, if a bit of a stick-in-the-mud (budumch!). Feiss actually makes me think of an unhinged version of Holtzman from Ghostbusters ("I can think of seven good uses for a cadaver--today.") Give her body parts or plutonium and she'll have a gas. Ella... yeah, okay, she's Raven. And Humbert just wants to do the job. He's a lot of fun if there's no dead bodies.
To be fair, I think Ella is a little justified, and she does have a fun side. She just keeps work and home separate.
@ManOrAstroMan, OF COURSE I MEANT THE ORIGINAL, are you kidding??? Ella pulled a gun out, @halisme. The girl has issues. Feiss is probably the only other person that's not a Raven, but she's also insane, haha. P.S. Even Morticia Addams knows how to have fun, lol.
If going for Teen Titans then Humbert is Robin (generaly comic book speaking he is more of a Batman, really, with a bit of Captain America), and Feiss is a well... I want to say Fred from Angel, then again, I'm only in the first episodes of Season 3 (she just joined the team) with no idea what will be happening to the character (no spoilers please. I'm already sorry I brought that up). Jess is definately Starfire, and Ella has the whole dark past aspect of Raven (and like a million other chracters)
Good one, @Erik-the-Enchanter! Yeah, Feiss is probably a combination of the Riddler and Holtzman. The way she goes berserk when someone questions (or appears to question) her intellect definitely reeks of Riddler. But, when she's not batshit crazy, she's a textbook mad scientist archetype, ala Holtzmann (or Dr. Venture, or Doc Brown from Back to the Future, or any one of a million other frizzy-haired Einsteins with more book smarts than caution or common sense.)
I can't wait for her to make a machine that shoots beams of energy and we all just look at her like...okay, didn't know you could do that, duly noted.
For sure. Morticia is amazing all by herself, though. And Christina Ricci's version of Wednesday is my fave.
Just reread your older post, Erik. I had missed the bit where she banished the shield after conjuring it. I thought she still had it up. My bad! I'm going to wait a bit before having us arrive at the crime scene, so Ella, Jacob and Feiss all get a "reaction" post in. When we get to the scene, I'll write the general layout/setting. You can have your chars examine the scene and talk to people, and I'll provide answers.
It's probably a little late to ask this, but what's the seating arrangement in the van? I've been assuming Jacob is driving, Jess is the front passenger, Feiss and Humbert are in the backseat, and Ella is in the far back seat (I figured, since it's a van, it probably has third-row seating and she said she wanted to be away from the others).
The van is set up like what you see in FBI movies, with seats arranged along the wall, and secured shelves for gear. It's a panel van, rather than a soccer mom van.
Well, I was actually waiting for a last round of posts (I think Ella was the only one who hadn't) before arriving at the crime scene.
