I'm working on improving my descriptions. I read a half dozen how-to-write-descriptions pages from a Goggle search, good pointers, easy enough, nothing new but a helpful review. Now I'm picking out images from Pinterest - Strange Worlds, Amazing places to practice the skill. I'm choosing images that have some connection to the story I'm writing. It's giving me excellent ideas so I thought I'd take a quick break and share the idea with those of you who are in a similar place in the learning process as I am. There are many categories of images, so if you need architecture or nature or fashion, whatever, the site is not limited to worlds.
Pinterest has been a great source of inspiration for me as well for a long time. You can find amazing images there.
