    Speedy, katatonia is amazing!

    If you prefer mellow metal you should listen to 'omerta' and 'my twin'
    If you like the heavier stuff listen to their first album, the songs 'without god' and 'in silence enshrined' are just amazing.

    For Katatonia, their new album, 'Night is the New Day' is quite good, as is 'Viva Emptiness'.

    The best show I saw was Skeletonwitch/The Black Dahlia Murder/Children of Bodom. Great crowd, lots of energy, and each band was much better live.

    Night is the New Day is a lot like Viva Emptiness, which is my favorite album, but I also love their debute album.

    Just listened to "Without God"

    They have some serious "My Dying Bride" going on. Impressive. I shall pick up the early alb's and do some serious youtubing.

    Night is the new day - Nice.

    Love how these bands which come out from this region never stop to imprss me with their variety.

    Haha well we all have our opinions! Nah, when I listen to music I wouldn't be able to say if they're from sweden or norway, it's just that my favorite bands happen to be from Sweden :)

    Ah they're all awesome.. they should make 1 country out of norway, sweden and finland and just call it "metal paradise" :love:
