Having never attempted to write anything creative and having never read any stories since the brilliant Roald Dahl's The Twits, at the age of 4, I am now struggling to write some ideas into scripts. It has become appallingly obvious that my lack of reading any fiction over the years has left me less than well equipped to write a script.
My main weakness is in writing effective superfluous dialogue. Any dialogue that is not driving the story, i.e. 'Chewing the fat' or chatting.
My strengths (I hope) lay in good base ideas and story structuring.
I have started on 3 scripts;
1) An action thriller based on Drones.
2) A dark thriller based around a Dark Net Hitman.
3) A science fiction film where I have an excellent lead in, but can't decide on the direction of the story from there.Interact
