Originally from Jersey but I'm a southern girl now. Although I still say "cawffee"...
Had my first freelance job writing and taking photos for my local newspaper, and writing online articles, about 7 years ago.I'm a waitress at a really cool comedy club, and I've also done stand-up comedy, though not much.
Last year I started nursing school and had five months left until graduation, but took a detour instead and had a baby boy.
He's the newest addition to our crazy clan, which includes my husband and 5 year old daughter, whom I occasionaly have to say phrases to that I never though I'd say, like, "Stop licking the christmas ornaments."
Writing always was, and always will be, my first love. No matter what I do, I hold on to the vision of me looking at my first published novel. One day!
comedy, cooking, drawing, reading and writing, being out and about...I love music (seriously who doesn't?) anything from Thievery Corporation and classic blues to punk rock - NOFX, Real McKenzies, Mad Caddies...I love almost anything steampunk! And all its subgenres!
I would say travel, but you need some Benjamins for that
One day, I would love to visit faraway lands.
