I am a wife and step mother of two. I enjoy writing, music, walking and travelling.
I have completed my first novel 'Sephy Rides the Storms' which is a work of fiction about child abuse and it possible long term implications for survivors.
It was a difficult book to write but as I work with vulnerable adults and some of my work involves raising awareness about abuse, I felt that it was a story I wanted to share.
