I must be having a manic phase because I can't stop trying to talk to people and no one answers back. I must be bugging the crap out of them. I can't help it.

Ha good advice! Too bad I don't have any really right now. When I was younger I would blow money on strip clubs and casinos like crazy.

My back is killing me today and I don't get to go to the doctor for another 11 days...

 

Try sleeping on the side with a pillow between your knees, it prevents much of the unhealthy spinal rotation that may occur during sleep.
Plus a hot shower before bet time might help if the pain is of muscular nature.

 

It's mostly nerve pain. I've been dealing with it for soooo long. I've got more things wrong with me than an Edsel.

 

Nerve pain is excruciating. Dealt with it a lot when I was a kid, it's funny because it was caused by my Frenulum of tongue, apparently too short, discovered randomly by my dentist during a routine check.
Just did a small surgery and never felt pain ever since.

 

So they just snipped it?

Yeah and a few herniated discs.

 

ouch, im assuming they've had you on nsaid's and had you through the whole physio, chiro proper form rigmarole. i think steroids or surgery is up next, its a shame we still cant treat it properly

Picking up my son last night, I was making a U-turn on a narrow street that was poorly lit and backed into a fire hydrant. Lots of damage to the car, none to any humans, so that's good. What's bad is that, driving home, my son said something to me and I bit his head off. I apologized to him (several times), and he told me it's okay, he understands I was just upset and displacing. Somehow, that just made me feel worse. He's a really terrific young man.

 

Bummer about the car, great your son understands you are human.
