    Why thank you

It was just my mom in a swimsuit, with her beach body at 26

And she has that whole dark skinned Japanese look going for her (not Okinawan/Ryukyuan—she's simply darker skinned which my obaasan actually berates her for; but she likes it & likes that she gets mistaken for Hawaiian, Pacific Islander, and occasionally Middle Eastern if she wears the right outfit); she was slender & tan & flawless

Technically with my muttness I have bigger breasts & more curves, but I'm of the opinion they really are more trouble than they're worth

I've been there as well. Found a picture of my mom in a bikini, I think she was in her early 20s, all katemosstwiggykeiraknightley-esque. Then there's me wondering what has my life become when I'm jealous of my mom's thigh gap and hip bones. I won't admit to any issues.

^ Last night I was worried about my weight. ME! A man who looks like he just stepped out of a prison camp!

The first time in my life I was worried...

But you have GAD, and isn't part of it that everything and anything can basically trigger anxiety and self-doubt? Like it can easily be non-existent stuff.

Many men who step out of a prison are overweight. Unless they're being held by an oppressive regime, they're well fed and don't get the opportunity for a ten-mile run that those of us on the outside take for granted. They put on weight.

My daughter worked in a secure institute for prisoners with mental problems; they received state benefits, in addition to being fed and housed at HM's expense, so all they had to spend their money on was food, typically junk food, and new trainers that they had nowhere to run to in.

^ That's what I meant by prison camp, @Shadowfax . A prison camp run by an oppressive regime. I just didn't want to insult Holocaust survivors by comparing myself to them.

Yeah. I was just surprised as my worry had never focused on my weight before. O_O I mean, the only real issue I have with my body is a small g-tube in my stomach that my anxiety calls me a Quasimodo freak for having.

With my mom's old phone, I found more photos of my mama when she was younger. Also my Obaachan when she was young at a beach—never seen it before

Well... this just happened when I was writing:

Kinda typical, he [Kevin McKinley] concluded as he sat at the bar. Then something shot him.
    He died.

And everyone danced around his corpse to Beyoncé.

    The End

    ---

Kevin McKinley: "What the fuck, man!?"

    Me: "I know."

Kevin McKinley: "Aren't you going to revive me? Who's gonna do the story now?"

Me: <shrugs> "I dunno. Your problem, not mine."

    ---

Then an asteroid hit the planet. Oh, and World War III started.

    ---

    Kevin McKinley: <screaming> "SERIOUSLY!?!"

    What... the... crap...? o_O

It's "And then everyone died. The end." but several times better.

All M&Ms taste the same regardless of color. Therefore, they should all be the color of mirrors. Now that would be cool on Wednesday mornings!

The beauty is that I can do it as often as I want without it being canon.

Plastic surgeons view their work as an art form, just as novelists do. (Note that I have absolutely no evidence to back up this statement, but let's just go with it.) As fantasy novelists write series of books, fantasy plastic surgeons make series of their works. Works with titles like, The Dimples of Carla: Face 5 of the Visages of Koch Industries (in the plastic surgery universe, lands are not lands but corporations).

Do Pokemon say their names, or are they named based on the sound they make?

    So like cuckoos and chickadees?

I heard there are some monkeys and other animals named like their calls/vocalizations, but I can't recall them off the top of my head (and I think they usually are foreign animals—to at least me, an American/Southern Californian)

If that's any indication, my kids have often named chickens based on the sounds they make, and so we have a Pea, and a Cack... Gladly, chicken "words" are usually only one syllable or two.

That... truly is a random thought. Theoretically, I guess? But I don't think human farts have enough force to propel anyone into the air.

Except in cartoons. Cartoons are always the exception.

Not on Earth but on a planet with much weaker gravity? Perhaps. It would have to be one banger of a fart though.
