Like I mentioned, I am just starting out as a proofreader and hence have very little experience. However, I am fairly decent. So if you are willing then you can try me out and I can proofread a chapter of your work at no charge.
Are you a writer ? Do you have a secretarial background, or other relevant experience ? Not to be harsh but if you have literally no experience what do you bring to the party that I couldn't get from Pro writers aid or Grammarly. Also point of note I want my proof reader to point out errors, but not to make corrections.
The “in exchange” strikes me as somewhat inappropriate, since the person is just trying you out and has no idea whether your proofreading will contribute to their process or not.
There's something else odd here - rr exports are a leather goods exporter based in new delhi .... I'd expect a proof reader to at the very least have a personal webmail account, if not a professional email.
