A travesty. Jacket potatoes cooked a la '75...with black pudding 'sprinkles.' She thinks I'm an idiot. Payday Monday/Tuesday. Car on Tuesday, a f*******ng car, I haven't had a car since 2017, and I applied for another job in a good way. It's all so positive, although Herman called at 10am in his 'straight' voice asking for another tenner. 'Have you been up all night? Have you, have you my fiend? Tell me.' 'FAKK U Daddy! Satan Satan Zzzzzzzzzzzzzz.'
Leftover pizza, with roasted vegetables added to it. Lunch was Chicken Tikka Masala, but I didn't make that, either.
Chicken Pizza that was indeed cooked, but not by this fucker. Also, diet soda of some kind. Its Saturday, too lazy to cook.
I AM COOKING THE CORPSES OF MY ENEMIES WITH A FLAMER TO SERVE TO MY DOGS!!! Oh, and spare ribs with a baked potato. It was pretty good.
Something terribly, deliciously junk foody: I made burrito filling, and... You know the bag of Taco flavored Doritos you splurge on once every few months? The one that, dammit, got a bit mangled on the way home from the store, so there are a lot of broken Doritos and crumbs in the last quarter of the bag? I poured some of those on a plate, topped it with some burrito filling, added salsa and sour cream, and sue me, my fellow foodies, but it was ahmaaaaazing.
Bacon Spam with white rice and beans with potatoes in it. This was/is a luxury meal to my poor man taste buds. Freaking love Spam, the non-digital kind, of course. Please do not send me random emails about millions of unclaimed dollars in Africa, thank you. Tl;dr: Bacon Spam, rice, beans & potato. Yum.
I had a big ol' plate of bacon and fried eggs on toast! Breakfast for dinner! Yum. Fried eggs are in my top five things to eat in the world. So is bacon. So big yum all around!
I have no idea...Probably Lean Cuisine, with good reason: It's a cold, rainy day, and I'm baking brownies topped with candied Bourbon pecans. ETA: These, with this recipe (the picture got me): https://www.womansday.com/food-recipes/food-drinks/a27276354/derby-pie-brownie-recipe/ ETA: So far not impressed with the recipe, but I'll withhold the rest of my judgment until they're out of the oven, cooled, cut, and tasted. But so far I'm feeling like the recipe wasn't thoroughly tested, and I wouldn't recommend it for a novice cook, because it required some wrangling. Came back to add: Also, I have been injured in the name of brownie testery, so there's that. (Burned my index finger, hurts like a papercut.)
Fucking legendary meal, of course. Just need some whipped cream for the poptarts. Yum. Diabetes. OT: Chicken sandwiches from Burger King. Ya know, cos fuck health, amirite?
chopped lebanese zukini and half tiny tomatoes and some red onion and garlic and fetta and this great [wont name the brand] mayo then made a mess of it and baked a prefrozen pastry roll with some sort of cheese and spinarch --not every day but once a week or two...
That's the question, isn't it? I'm trying to come up with food for the rest of the week so I can get out shopping. Also need to come up with good things to have for lunch at work. I think I'll do something simple for this weeks before I know how stressfull it will be to eat there (I've got somewhere between 12-20 minute lunch). I think I'll do a lot of cold sallads and stuff like this over the summer - or at least that's my plan for now. Today will probably be some sort of wrap... haven't decided what to put in it, though.
Dammit. I haven't had a nice Pastrami with onions and cheese sandwich in years. OT: Tonight will be Gyro night. In the mood for some lamb/chicken.
