Wife cooked toad in the hole/peas/onion gravy/and no potatoes because she is lazy.

Ritual argument ensued...but tasted B-/C+...probably make us both a cheese & crisp sandwich before bed.

In my defense, it caught me off guard, and that's mostly why I laughed. I was raised by a father who had Italian godparents. We have Italian feasts for Christmas dinner now.

I typed this word into Google and all I found was another comment of yours. What does it mean?

I made hummus pasta earlier and I'm having some lemon water now. I do this weird thing sometimes by putting chia seeds in the water so it's like this bubbly drink and it's good, but man, does it freak people out.

Not my current joint, but I've probably spent about 20 of my 25 years in Italian restaurants. They're too easy; I would be bored now. You can engineer like 150 dishes out three mother sauces, three proteins, and a dozen additional ingredients. Pasta, is, uh, versatile, to say the least!

We're having What's-In-The-Pantry? Stew. Recipe: whatever veggies needed to be used up, plus bison, beef and Guinness, in a slow cooker.

I had similar - a dish known as pasta "figlio di prostituta"

Mine was was with sugar snap peas, half a tin of sweetcorn, a handful of frozen mixed veg, a spoonful of garlic dip, and some tinned sardines... livened up with chilli flakes.

    Yours sounds much better (c:

Again the inspired half a bag of spinach, spare peas, cup of bovril, bay leaf and the five wagu steaks plus lobster I whipped up in five minutes. Also scallop face wipes.

Soft tofu and boiled clams with an incredibly spicy Chinese red chili sauce, over white rice. Garnished with a light dusting of thinly shredded dried beef.

The best part of my dinner? I sat in the dusky dining room with my stepmom as she ate a cold gyro from Arby's. Neither of us turned on the light, so it was rather melancholy.

Clams with beef? This sounds unhealthy. Says the person surviving by eating fast food day after day...

It's like more of a garnish for color and just a bit of flavor on the surface.

Arby's gyros? That sounds unhealthy and downright awful.
