Got more food today, it`s near one am now...to late to cook something up? Does time matter anymore? I`m thinking of pierogies.

I tried looking it up earlier, but all I could find was an outdoor company.

Yes, I am familiar with outdoor grills. I'm British, not a sea urchin. :p

Bruncheon omelette "a l'ammer" - plain, simple, cheese, ham, tomato, onion. My frying pan has no handle so finish it under the grill rather than folding it which makes it kinda souflle-like...

Made a chicken parmesan over shells, with a marinara topped afterwards. Was sadly lacking mozzarella, so I made it work with a Colby Jack mix.

Did the boats make it back okay?

Made me some stuffed peppers using TVP, bulgur, black beans, and corn. Seasoning was poultry seasoning, some better than bullion paste (the no chicken chicken one), onion and garlic powder, chipotle powder (a fuck ton because I like it spicy as well as smoky), cumin (used the rest of what I have), oregano, salt and pepper a bit. I feel like there was something else ... hell if I know what it was. OH! Nutritional yeast, but a smattering of it because I find if you combine nutritional yeast with cumin, the feet smell intensifies and I'd rather not, thanks.

Grilled cheese because I was deadly tired and grilled cheese is magic. Want to start that four-day meal plan/prep the good @Homer Potvin talked about earlier at some point here.

Spaghetti tonight. It's leftover sauce - I made it a couple of days ago, so all I need to do is boil up the pasta and voila: dinner. I have a good supply of grated parmesan to give it some zip. I'll grind a lot of black pepper onto mine (I love black pepper) but not my roomie's, because anything within fifty miles of any kind of spice makes him hurl. One day I'm just going to give him boiled beef and boiled potatoes and boiled carrots without even any salt and see if he can choke it down. I bet he'll say it's the best thing he ever ate.

And he's of Dutch descent, not Russian. Go figure.

I've got nothing to say about Dutch food or how the Dutch relate to food. I don't even know what Dutch food is... can't think of any other nationality/ethnic group I can say that about. Weird.

Burned the ever loving fuck out of my dinner tonight. But I smeared ketchup all over it (don't come at me, I love what I love), and it was fine. Made the whole house smell like burned bread though.
