Hmm. Good brandy and cheap wine might have been better, but it sounds win-win either way.

Well it’s a quarter to four in the morning as I type this and we’ve been on G&Ts since my last post. Even in my state I’m sensing I long since past the win win zone. I might have just about recovered for work on Monday morning but there’s no guarantee!

Enjoy. I always liked it although it's been many years.

One of my top ten movies ever. Just spectacular. I watch it every June 6th.

I had so much hope in the middle of the film, and then by the end, devastation had settled in. It's a good film. The first twenty minutes or so are such a horrific time, but I've heard it's one of the more accurately done scenes.

Okay, no avoiding it now. I have to do my stupid three essay midterm test and just get it over with. I never want to take another history course again. I hate generals.

Could use some good luck my way if anyone is feeling kind. I really need it. Feel like I'm going in blind.

I had the Moderna/rNA. The first time I just had a sore arm. I think it’ll be about the same for the second one.

Almost 3am, can't sleep, grading freshman Comp papers.

Apparently the high schools have forgotten to teach that there should be a space after each comma or period.

I could not write the equivalent, in Japanese, of what my lowest students are able to write in English, but this is basic shit, FFS. Seven or more years of English and they don't know that yet?

    Ugh.

What , really , gets on my nerves is when people put those extra spaces , BEFORE punctuation marks.
