Hello, I'm Pennywyze. I've been aspiring to be a published author since I learned the craft of creative writing. My entire world had changed at that point, and I hadn't been alive but for a few short years. My instructor was awesome. Every time I went to class, as I walked towards the door, she was talking about me and my writing. But, until she made it a point one day to let me in on her conversation, I had no idea she was talking about me. I wrote every day for class and for myself. I was in the 4th grade.

Thanks for the welcome. I'm still trying to find the place here where I can write, and when I find it, I will explain about my novels, and such.
That's a really sweet story, Penny. I first found out I loved writing thanks to a middle-school teacher. At the time I was utter crap at English itself, (probably average in reality) but he saw I was good at the art of storytelling. He tried his best to encourage me, and I'm glad that all these years later his effort wasn't in vain. So I can really relate to your experience. What do you like writing? Stories, poetry? Or what genres? Welcome to the forums, btw!
I like writing fantasy fiction. I also learned I have a knack for creative writing from a teacher. She was my 4th grade creative writing teacher. I would go to class, and for like a month I could tell she was talking about me to the teacher across the hall. One day, I finally got brave enough to ask what she was saying about me, and she told me how she liked reading my stories, but she didn't. I must've had a crazy look on my face because she started comforting me immediately, and explained that she liked reading my stories, but didn't like it when the story was over because there was nothing left to read. So, instead of reading my story first, every day, she would wait until she had read and graded everyone else's stories before she would read and grade mine. From that day, until my family had to move, I wrote 2 stories. That way, she had one to start the grading process, and one for after.
