Hello all, In my fantasy WIP that's based on African folklore several of the magic-users use Kiswahili to perform spells. They are mostly quick one to two word phrases for now, and I want to make sure I am using the proper words in the proper way. I used Google Translate as a placeholder for the words and now that I am further along I want to replace them with more accurate words. If anyone can help that would be great. Thanks!
I used to speak a bit, but that was back in the day, when I was just a lost Mzungu looking for something to keep him busy after his Askari days were done. I'm mostly posting here to keep an eye on this thread in the hope of having my memory jogged!
