Howdy folks! I have four books published on Amazon and I would like to see my books on the Kobo store and B&N. How do I do that? Sorry for the utterly basic question, I just cannot locate information on disseminating titles aside from using Ingram Spark or some other publisher besides Amazon.
Kobo is easy you just create an account with Kobo writing life and upload your work - and their customer service people are very helpful (they'll also put the book on Overdrive who are also owned by Rakuten if you tick that box) B&N is theoretically the same but i couldn't make their upload process work so i used Draft to digital to go to them and also numerous other outlets like apple books and google play
Amazon has an Expanded Distribution program that should do what you want: get the books you have published on Amazon to other bookstores.
The OP never specified whether he wanted to publish ebooks, print books, or both. He mentioned Kobo and Barnes & Noble. Kobo is for ebooks, but Barnes & Noble sells both print and ebooks.
you can upload print and ebooks direct to barnes and noble... i had trouble making the ebook upload work but that was a while ago so they may have fixed it now
