I'm with Banzai on this one. He's decided.

*ahem*

I took this today.. yup.

 

dushechka, youve such a facinating face, (this is a very good thing- most models/supermodels have very interesting face shapes), it's unusual but in such a way you can't keep your eyes off it- be proud, very proud.

 

No one's ever said that before. : p

And to make this not all about me... I like your hair!

 

Well the first problem for me was condensing my 3 week holiday through 8 countries into the 4 best photos!!

We drove from home to Dover, where we got the ferry to Calais. After that, from Calais to a hotel north of Paris where we stayed for a night. Then we drove to a little town near Grenoble in the south of France where we stayed for 3 nights. Then in the car again, all the way down to Rome where we stayed for a further 4 nights.

After that it was down to the Amalfi coast, (near Naples, Pompeii etc) where we stayed in a rented Apartment for 8 nights. After that it was back to northern Italy in a hotel for a night. Then it was a drive through Switzerland, where we stopped for lunch, followed by a further trip through Austria and Germany, where we stayed in Stuttgart for 2 nights. Then it was on to Holland where we stayed just outside of Tilburg for a night in a hotel, where we visited my grandmothers friend of 75 years! Then the drive down to Calais, via Belgium, where the ferry was 4 hours late, then home at 11pm!

In all, my dad drove for 3458 miles, my mum doesnt like to drive his car! It was pretty tough going but worth it! Now down to the pictures!

I have picked 2 of ruins and 2 of scenery, dont want to bore people with the ruins, however fascinating they are!

This 1st one was taken in the Swiss/Italian Alps, on the way to Stuttgart (Via Austria and Liechstenstein (sp))


Ok this one was taken in Rome, theres me, in front of the Roman Forum!


This one was taken by a very nice Spanish man. It is my whole family, in Pompeii by the forum, in front of an ominous looking Vesuvius in the background! My brother on the left, then my mum, my dad and me on the right.


Final one is the Amalfi coast, from a boat. We stayed near the top of this picture, but not actually in shot
