    What response would you give someone that has to ASK if someone was dead?


    (Marina - good Q. - the best are those that are follow the thread train of thought - but make it difficult to ask another question - instead of just answering. Well played.)

    By putting "think" in all capital letters are you insinuating that I might have a different definition than you?

    since there's multiple people that come up with dictionary definitions, shouldn't there be multiple definitions then?

    Shouldn't it be easy to persuade someone who's a Brit about the Oxford dictionary?

    Actually don't most brits split their loyalties between the oxford and cambridge dictionaries because the oxford dictionary has that pesky comma and insists on making -ise words with a 'z'?
