Speaking of naps, I love either waking up from a nap or, even better, a long night's sleep and being in that perfect moment during the REM Cycle when you wake up refreshed and ready to sprint out the door and conquer the world. (As opposed to waking up very slowly and irritably, and throwing your, hopefully unbreakable, alarm clock across the room.)

 

Oooooh I love naps. Not much makes me quite as happy as crawling into a big comfy bed in the middle of the day & getting some shut eye lol. I have naps EVERYWHERE. At my house, my mam & dads, my in-laws, my grandparents, my friends, in my car at work on my dinner....haha. & Sundays aren't Sundays without a nap in the afternoon!

 

Looks like I found everyone's favourite thing!

 

Ordering books and coming hope to find them in the mail. Catching Fire by Suzanne Collins came in the mail today *EEEEE!!!!!* so I'm happy!!

Oh, and getting a letter from your aunt. And babysitting. Which is what I'm doing now.

This random thing that made me happy takes a little explanation, so bear with me.

I have a hard time sleeping without Joel there, so when he works early in the morning, my options are to either get up crazy early with him or attempt to go back to sleep without him, which is difficult. Joel knows this, and this morning after he said goodbye to me, I heard him walking around the room and asked what he was doing. We have two stuffed animals that I made, Monkey Joel and Bunny Heather, sitting in the corner of the room, and he went and got Monkey Joel and brought him to me, so I would have it to hold while I went back to sleep.

Makes me sound like a two-year-old, but I don't care. It made me happy.

 

*Waking up early to realise it Saturday and you dont have to get up yet.
*Going for long walks in the rain with the ipod in, and just thinking.
*Long philosphical discussion with friends
*The amazaing feeling of acheivement
*Certain songs
*Knowing that something simple I have done has made somebody elses day.

Getting to see my two favoritest guys ever who are on my team (it's the 3 of us) at my Saturday Junior Bowlers League--Brad and Devon. I've known them both since birth--I can clearly remember the one time we were all 5 (well, Devon was 4) and jumping on Devon's bed. We spilled his fishbowl which killed his electric piano. Goldfish was fine. I maaaaay or maaaay not have a crush on Brad, who is about a month younger than me (Devon's at least a year younger).

Oh, and getting a 200 and a 209 in my games of bowling today. I kicked both boys' @$$es.

Finding a film I like on TV that I haven't seen for ages; a smile from a checkout person at Tesco's (rare); my dog winning against good competition at a dog show; anyone sounding pleased for me for whatever reason; doing some very simple, quick thing for a stranger that they appreciate; crumpets with loads of butter and nothing else; climbing into bed when I've stripped it and put all clean bedding on; a sunny day (rare); a telephone call from someone I like; eating a whole jelly straight from the packet.

I'm easily pleased!
