I think this quote sums it up pretty well. "Focus on the journey, not the destination" -Greg Anderson It's the actually process of writing that I really enjoy. Creating controversies. Characters with an edge, out of the ordinairy stories with killer plottwists, massive cliffhangers, lovable antagonists, questionable protagonists and completely unexspected hero's.. What Do You Write? mostly semi-fantasy -best remedy for hovering between the ethical and political correct and incorrect-It's the best way I guess to express my feelings thrue this genre..
I write for venting, for entertaining stories, for emotional poems. I'm a beginner at serious writing (I'm 14.) I think I'm pretty decent, but no where around really great, yet. That's why I joined in the first place, to improve my writing I write mostly dark stories with happy endings, because I've never really seen much of that and it's the easiest thing for me. Most of my stories are created by a little spark of inspiration, a line, a word. And the rest grows all around that.
I write mostly to vent off some of my wild imagination. I have an uncanny ability to create plots and characters readily. Now that I have reading leisurely full time, my imagination forms these plots and characters on a whim, and the more I focus in and think and write about these plots/characters, the more detailed and complex they become.

There is no reason I write... I just find myself doing it. Everywhere I go I seem to write. If I don't have paper - I use my arm and if I don't have a pen - I use my phone. I can't help it, it's a compulsion. My room is covered in colourful post-it notes full of character ideas and quotes. I think that if you're a writer you just write; there may not be a reason, you don't even have to be great at it, you just have to love it. It's an escape like none other, being inside your own fantasy world, full of opportunites and events that you as the writer can live, even though in reality you may never have the chance.
(Q) What compels you to write? (A) I have ideas and see specific scenes in my mind, and when I see them, I feel compelled to put them on paper immediately for later use. (A)I've always been an avid reader, and throughout my life I've always enjoyed writing and putting my ideas on paper in an enjoyable and readable format. (Q)What makes you write what you write? The "sounds words make" and the "images words paint" encourages me to write. Writing is the act that satiates my elegance cravings, offering me room for confineless creativity. Confineless! That's the word: when writing the possibilities are endless. Hence the reason I do it.
(Q) What compels you to write?/Why do you write?/What makes you write what you write? (A) Everything I write I write for a different reason. The book I'm working on now I'm writing in hope that it will shine some light on a great wrong that's been done - so injustice compels me to write this work. However, I also write simply because its fun - like my children's books - I love that there are no limits; you need the animals to talk? - no problem!, you need the horse to fly? - sure! call him pegasus and off you go, you need the cow to fly too? - why not, just be sure she doesn't do what birds do best mid air , because that's just YAK! It's yak when a bird does it, but a cow (Q)What Made you decide you liked to write? (A)It was never a decision. I just always did it. I can write forever, and yet I talk very little (Q)What Do You Write? (A)Fiction - adult and children; I have tried poetry but I don't think I'm good at it (I think I will post a poem or two at some stage just too see how many people agree with me), there is also fantasy in the making
There are worlds out there, fantastic, beautiful worlds, where light and shadow intermingles, where sorrowful ships whose crews died long ago float adrift in the speckled cosmos, where lizard-like pirate captains duel games of wits with the dragon-stalkers sworn to destroy them, and where mountaintops hide long secret temples of science and wisdom, floating amidst the very clouds that obscure them. These things I see, these things I feel, and they must be freed, else a terrible pain, an ache in the hollow places of the heart. I write for my own sake, and no one else's, with the exception of the hundreds who demand their stories be told.
--What compels you to write? - The sudden urge and unbearable amount of creativity building up in my head --Why do you write? - The reason I write is for the joy of creating my own world, which I can manipulate and control at will. Not only that, but I love to see the reactions of others as I completely twist the storyline into something unexpected and something not so cliché like a happy ending. --What makes you write what you write? -The reason I like to write demented stuff is because life is always the same pattern, yet dement stuff is appalled in real life, yet everyone desires to do so, or go through that experience, though they might not admit it, and just showing it to other, brings me joy. --What Made you decide you liked to write? -My brother was a very creative person, and gained a lot of attention as a child. He was somewhat a prodigy, and I always got compared to him, thanks to that, I seize to care about much, but I always admired him, and wanted to be like him. He then published a short story on a book they published on a school book, and I fell in love with it. Ever since that, I followed my brother into RPGs and couldn’t stop myself. --What Do You Write? -I write demented, horror, sadistic, brutal, and tortured (usually mental) types of stuff.
