I worked on my scarf (I love knitting, seriously, it gives me such a feeling of pride and accomplishment :D) and school is done for the day, so I'm happy to just be on the WF with a Coke and relax. :)

    yayyyy Gigi!;)

here's a topic for you guys...is the GOP going to become obsolete in the 21st century?

and if it does, what party will replace them? Libertarians?

Are you joking? I think the GOP is about to grow in size come November. Quite a few of the polls I've read show discontent with the largely liberal status quo, and predict some Dem's might be forced to find new jobs.

In the long term, the extinction of either party will never happen. Support waxes and wanes for both throughout the years, and even though the Republican party is the smaller, it's not going anywhere, nor will it be "replaced."

On an unrelated note, it's in the 50's here. In Texas. In mid-April. That's mind-boggling. We should be in the 80's right now. After a long, brutal winter, I'm ready for simmering 100+ days.

LOL, Sid. I think I'll pass on that one.

No, I got a bad cramp in the back of my leg, just below my knee, and now I can't straighten my leg all the way or feel my leg below the knee.
