I just found out that I got 83% for my poetry essay, and that I've passed my first year of university.
That's great, Lemex! Congratulations! I'm happy because thanks to the antibiotics I slept much better last night.
Haha well I'm fairly sure. But neither of us are 100% sure heh so we'll see where that goes. But it was a good night out in any case.
MRI came back still stable. Been nearly two years stable now! Also I don't have to go back for another six months!!! This is the first time in three years I've gotten to go more than three months without a scan!
Just learned how to play Lithium by Nirvana on guitar! This was a song that I was always meaning to learn but never got around to it.
Terra, that's fantastic news!! Well done chick, I knew you were a strong girl ------ Went picnicing/running from bumble bees with friends today after all, since the rain cleared and it was hot again. Had a good time. Pity about what I had to come home to.
Thanks! Sounds like it was fun. I don't mind bees except for when the chase me. That really bugs me. haha I saw a lot of gray hairstreak butterflies in my backyard today. They must have all just hatched out. They are one of my favorite butterflies.
^ Hehe, it was. Bees are cute until they chase D: A couple of them just wouldn't stop 'til they got at the darn strawberrys, LOL. Butterflies are pretty, but I like to admire them from a distance...their bodies are too moth-like for my liking!
Reading a lot. Got bored at the library, decided to go to the teen fantasy section (lol) and picked up a random book that said "Ages 12 and Up" to see how fast I could read it while retaining the information. I've read 38 pages in an hour and a half--the book's vocabulary is definitely not that of a teen novel let alone that pre-teen stuff they call novels. The English is mock-18th century English and takes place in London. Knowing today's 12 year olds, they'd be completely lost. But I'm happy! xD
haha agreed. Lol I didn't know they'd go after strawberries like that! Oh I love butterflies. I like to try to get them to walk on my hand. Sometimes it works.
The boyfriend & I walked around Pine Lake a bit tonight and then had really good Chinese food at a restaurant nearby.
My sister graduated today- and I'm so very happy for her. Also, I made blondies yesterday for the first time ever, and they worked out just fine! Edit: Oh, and in 10 days I'm going to a wedding.
Blondies, like not-brown brownies? I love those I'm happy/nervous because in two weeks I'm gonna be in a showcase for my soon-to-be high school. And I have to sing a solo. Eeeep.
TooL concert and birthday tomorrow. Plus, I'm down around my hometown for a few days for the fourth and the concert. All excited for tomorrow. =D
