I am too, but only when it comes to material things. You know, stuff I can see and remember. All in all I'm a pretty weird girl about those things though.
Lol I do that with things, music, times of the year... I have things I've hung onto since childhood because they remind me of happy times. haha
I wasn't going to post in here. But for some reason this post made me smile and happy. I do really enjoy your humor Cogito. lol
Yes, Cog is always very phunny. I'm happy because... guess what, I know I just complained about it in the not-happy thread, but... my tooth got pulled, and so after this pain is gone, it shouldn't hurt anymore. And I got to take the tooth home with me- maybe I can post a scary picture later.
Today I'm going ziplining through the jungle over a 100 foot waterfall! then swimming next to/under said 100 foot waterfall. I. Am. So. Excited. AHHH!! My life is graaaand! I love Honduras!
My dad makes me laugh... he's the only one of the entire family that refuses to look at my tooth, and says he will if Argentina wins the match. Which is kind of evil cause we're all rooting for Germany.
Maradona is out! Nothing personal there. No, nothing at all. Drugs cheat? Hand of God? What happened with those again...?
I'm just really happy because the greatest guy in the world is mine, and he loves me. Things don't get much more awesome than that.
That sounds like a lot of fun, Em. I'm incredibly jealous. Please take lots of photos so I can live vicariously through you. Even though I'm sick, I'm entertaining myself by looking up all sorts of college stuff online and mapping out a floor plan now that I know which building I'm staying in. And clothing too. I'm putting together a digital version of the wardrobe I will never be able to afford. Daydreaming is a lot of fun.
Not sure whether this is through my bitter personality, lack of self-confidence or what, but I... er... have a girlfriend... People who know my past will know this is a massive, massive step, considering all that went on. And I really couldn't be happier.
Thanks, Merc Heh, just noticed the problem of having got together when we were in entirely different time zones. THAT is going to complicate anniversary dates!
I dunno, I feel we should be having a "My dad can beat up your dad/Mine's bigger" kind of conversation here.
Nah, cause I meant that made me happy for Lydia. And Dante, that's so great! Plus different time zones just means two anniversaries.
I'm happy because I made one of my favourite writers laugh a few minutes ago. Damn I'm such a fan-girl.
I heard someone say geeks are the best because they are always very passionate about things. I being a geek myself agree with this.
