Yup, referendum on the voting system, and (in some places) local council elections. The next general election isn't until Cameron smells an advantage, or the coalition falls apart (I don't think they'll get the fixed parliaments bill through the Lords, really).

Haha I have some potted plants on my patio...but my biggest concern was being able to wash my hands. They finally turned it back on, like three hours after they shut it off. They like to do this...I just wish they would give us some notice beforehand.
