A very useful book (free download) on the whole writing process - it's of course not as detailed as her various paid how to books, but its a good overview and given that its free well worth a look.

You also get a free subscription to 6 or 8 ( I can't remember how many) video tutorials which I found as useful as the book.
The sign up process is a little convoluted, but its worth it.
