Hi. If my username doesn't give it away, I'm quite a fan of the Silent Hill series. Right now, I'm brainstorming for a psychological horror story that's, of course, very much influenced from that series. My story is going to serve as social commentary on our current political and social climate while incorporating elements of psychological and cosmic horror. It's inspired from Silent Hill 2, Signalis, Nineteen Eighty-Four, Joker and Jacob's Ladder and I'm trying to expose myself to other horror works such as David Lynch, H.P. Lovecraft, Stephen King, Junji Ito and more for ideas.

Hello @RestlessDreamer, I do like your username, very clever and one i could have said fits me well. I'm not a writer of Horror but do side with the psychology of a character in story. Welcome to .org and I say this to many new writers, but do browse these pages... start up threads, ask questions, leave your thoughts- they are the best way to find writers of your style and thinking.
