    Anyone tell me?

That was my reaction, after realising this was not a joke by our esteemed member @123456789. I don't think this forum has a section for publishing entire novels, but I could be mistaken.

For what purpose? If you want feedback, then you can post in the Workshop sub-forums once you have met the requirements. If you want to post it on a forum to publish it, then I suppose you could post it in a blog entry. But you need to understand the legal implications of that before you do it should you wish to publish it traditionally at a later date.

ETA - if you're posting for feedback in the workshop, please don't post the whole thing. Post extracts. Nobody will have the time to read your whole novel and provide feedback.

Additionally, you can always trade critiques for longer works in the collaboration section once you become an "active member" ;)

I have a novel way for you to get that which you desire.

You could print off pages from this forum and use them to make a sturdy envelope.
Then simply post the novel to the target recipient.

It took a few years but it looks like the revolution is finally coming. Numbers are taking over.

Important to note that this location where you have arrived is a workshoping forum. Most of the people here are careful to keep their WIP's close their respective chests for future publication purposes.

But there certainly are destinations for the kind of online access you describe, like Wattpad, fanfiction.net, archiveofourown.org, etc. How one posts to each of those entities depends on the forum in question. They're all rather different as regards the technicals.
