    Websites to save your writing?

Discussion in 'Writing Software and Hardware' started by Laurababs, Mar 19, 2009.

Hi, Are there any websites/journal type things where you can write and save it, but so it is not visable to other people? Im on the work computer at the moment and so cannot use Microsoft Word.

Google has that capacity. You set permissions about who can see it.

I'm a big fan of google notebook and google documents. It's great for research and saving your files online. You can change the settings so that it won't share with other people and it's completely free.

Also, both myspace and livejournal have those capabilities. Just set it to "private" or viewable by "only me" instead of public.

I tried signing up to this but after doing so I found that their Basic Account is only free for a trial period of 14 days.

    Savefile.com is a file saver.

Almost any writing site can make your journal invisible to others.
