I've been developing this list for more than 25 years, and it is still evolving. Thou shalt not say stupid stuff. Thou dost not get to decide whether or not what you say is stupid or offensive, so think before thou type. Thou shalt not question others’ motivations. Thou shalt stay on topic and answer the question(s) asked. Thou shalt not sell thy stuff except in designated places. Thou shalt not conclude, presume, or assume all members are as savvy or savvy-less as you are. Thou shalt remember that everyone already knows it is thy opinion so there is no reason to tell everyone whether it is a humble opinion, which it probably is not. Thou shalt not argue. Thou shalt lose. Thou shalt remember that there are no physical cues – body language, tone of voice, red faces, etc. - for other members to consider with your post. Thou shalt make reasonable attempts to use the rules (grammar, usage, spelling, punctuation, etc.) of the base language of the forum. Thou shalt be good to fellow members for thou knowest not when thou will need someone to be good to you.
Well, to be fair, without physical cues, maybe we're misinterpreting that. Maybe he meant the friendly, happy sort of "fuck you". Maybe it was his way of being good to other forum members. Yeah, maybe!
Wow, I saw him shoving people around in the contest rules suggestions section and predicted he'd not last long here, but that was quick. Good riddance, sir!
TBH I have never met the guy/gal/thing. Sure seems they were not all that good at following their own rules. Oopsy . Well it sounds like this was a well earned banishment.

I disagree with this. When someone says, "in my opinion" they are asserting that their ideas are open to debate, even with them. It helps prevent the discussion from being heated.
I'm not going to worry too much about the "rules" promulgated by someone on his fifth day on the forum, right before he managed to get himself banned.
