Didn't know which category to pop this in so I've gone with general! (Sorry if that's incorrect) So my MC attends a college halloween party and meets one of the other major characters there. He's a motorbiking, party hating type of guy, not wearing a costume. He makes a joke about his lack of dress and says he has come as Top Gun. My question is can I use it? I'm unsure if it hits any ground of infringement or whether it would be fine to use? Thanks for your help!
