    Indenting our threads

Discussion in 'Support & Feedback' started by Terri, Feb 4, 2011.

How do we keep indents? I copied & pasted from word & it aligned everything on the left. I edited & added in spaces for each new paragraph, but when I previewed it, it was aligned again.
Anyone??? It's horrible trying to read someone's work that is aligned like that...

It's not possable currently, and it's rather annoying. I wish there was something that could fix that, but the only option would be to manually place a single line spacing between the end of each paragragh and the beginning of the next and be devoid of indents.

    You see :)

Consider it practice for when a publisher asks for "ezine formatting". :D

. . Unfortunately, your only real options are to use periods mixed with spaces (like I what I did for this paragraph) or to use an extra return between paragraphs (the more common, less distracting approach).

a small annoyance outweighed imo by the blessings of being able to share work here in the first place...

btw, is that info included in the rules 'n regs and other general info stickies?

if not, perhaps the mods will see to it forthwith...
