Hi, I'm planning a multi-generational epic martial-samurai romance probably set somewhere in Caneda by a lake. Thinking many types of snow in the winter, traditional sports, hunting, an obsession with meat, possibly sex rings involve the consenting tourists if you can assist writing such a writing element. Other specific Canedian factors please such as language. Do Canedians speak English, would they understand heroic central figure from the motherland of GB? Do they have roads, and would a flight via the United States [USA] be feasible, overland routes not included, critical to the plot. Thank you. Are there any farmers? Get started with the writing easy part in April plus movie for may dollars. Thank you Hoping useful sensible response only, warning please. No pricks. (pricks receive like for identification to moderation squad only)
Sorry @matwoolf at the risk of sounding like a prick and get a like for the moderation squad, perhaps might be worth spelling "Canada" correct first?
I think Caneda is fine. He misspelled Aenglish. I'll ghoest-write the sex! I'm thinking stick-figures for the movie?
Just have all your characters say, 'Eh' a lot and you'll nail it. Don't forget the moose. And. of course, you'll have to write it twice, once in French.
Different types of snow? Like... - nuoska - puuteri, puuterilumi - viti - hanki, hankiainen - kinos - räntä - loska - sohjo - lumipöly - pakkaslumi - suojalumi - pyry - jalkarätti - ajolumi - hiutale - huurre - kohva - kuurankukka - polanne - riite - kalto... Some words meaning snow in Finnish language. All those which are in italics. Only about 60-7o or something like that. https://fi.wikipedia.org/wiki/Luettelo_lunta_tarkoittavista_suomen_kielen_sanoista But who does the stunts?
It's a short scene. Slurp, slap, Bam! Slap is extra, but Bam! is no-charge. (terms subject to change without notice, void where prohibited by law)
Sorry, Canada, but you had to expect it. The US and the UK are so utterly off the rails, both countries are under 24-7 Poe's Law watch.
Oh my... I was actually thinking of one for the fictitious Mercury Mistress, which I've either misremembered or has disappeared from the interwebs. It was for a luxury car that had an additional... socket... in the trunk lid. For the man who really loves his car.
freind of mine is a casualty nurse (ER to you chaps)... she had a guy come in who'd attempted that on the exhaust pipe forgetting that it would be hot...
Roadside options include -Gearstick (advanced) -Windscreen wiper, the reservoir, petrol cap/Recess for the cigarette lighter -Headrest gap (adjustable) -Delicious groove between vinyl seating, aside the seatbelt clip - is authentic & recommended.
Let's see: It's in the Lounge Canada is misspelled (looks like consensus might be it was purposeful) And it's @matwoolf's thread I'm going to go with, First Nations for $400, Alex.
CLARIFICATION I'm sorry for the thread. It was my release valve/mechanism - dealing with personal 'thread frustration' issues that came to a head like a pimple. Not that these 'thread frustration' issues amass to a hill of beans pimple. Looking at the op post now it appears I am writing the fresh/steaming novel and am unable to spell Caneda. So I am sorry about that. In analysis of the 'genre' - I think the first time I came across the 'genre' was on Watercooler - somebody-author - writing about 'Ireland' who had not been to Ireland - and was considering their hero joining the Shankhill Butchers to distribute meat to the poor, or similar set-up, seeking guidance from 'you green people,' his words. I shouldn't rise to the bait, [well I didn't...I deleted two posts] or actually bait 'children,' I suppose it is, most often. And I didn't explain that very well, I cant remember the Ireland story properly.
From personal collection NSWF telephoto/timer using my Hasselblad H6D-400c MS. An old shot we were good mates back then, good times.
Listen ye hoser, ye bang a 2-4 and a Mickey, toque up, grab your rez darts and sled to the legion for a Stompin Tom tribute. Or do I gotta do your research for ye, eh? Edit: sorry
