I am in the process of attempting to write a screen script. Is anyone aware of a free script writing software I can try out. The reason being is that I first want to try it before making a decision as to whether I want to purchase.
I use the downloadable version of Celtx for writing scripts which I am a fan of, but looking at their website they seem to be moving to a subscription model There do seem to be sites offering the download version - a quick search should help you; but I couldn't say whether they are official/legitimate or not.
