    Hello!

Discussion in 'New Member Introductions' started by tetaylor92, Dec 4, 2017.

I hope I am in the right place? I saw among the "Here are a few basics about WritingForums.org " that it was advised to come and introduce my self. However, I haven't seen many introductions but I also haven't read past the first lay of comments - sooo..

Hello ! I am tetaylor I am very interested in fiction, Sci fi, romance (of course), and much more. Like many of you, I always have my face in a book writing in my journals, or reading my Tablet. I occasionally dabble into some gaming here and there.

Besides constant writing, reading and blogging, I absolutely love anime, animals, gaming, Netflix, the gym, and shopping. I noticed the color coding of the reputation and names for the forum and I am excited to be a newbie blue, blue is my favorite color any who.

I am a vary kind, somewhat sensitive being. I am very ambitious but very quiet, which is why I have turned to writing I believe.

I have been looking for a secure, and well developed place to showcase my work, and to meet like minded friends who enjoy the same things I do. Kind of like a deviant art but for those who develop art with words.

I look forward to reading many entries and developing friendships.
I have yet to explore the forum much beyond this New Member thread, but I was hoping someone can direct me to a "Currently reading/writing section?" If there is one.

Thank you for the awesome forum!

    Welcome to the forum, @tetaylor92!

I moved your post into a new thread in the "New Member Introductions" section, where it will find a better home. :)

We do have a thread called "What are you reading now?" as well as a whole sub-forum called "Book discussion".
I don't think we have a "What are you currently writing?" discussion going on anywhere, though I could be wrong. However, you might be interested in the "Progress Journals" section. This is where members can create their own journals to keep a record of what they are writing and how it is proceeding.

I also suggest that you take a look at the sitemap in the New Member Quick Start to help find your way around here.

    Enjoy!
