Merry Christmas, see you next year sometime!

Discussion in 'The Lounge' started by Torana, Dec 18, 2008.

Just want to wish you all a very Merry Christmas. Today I got a rental home and this means I will not have internet for a while. Moving at this time of the year, as well as Christmas shopping and getting food on the table for my children, has left me without the finances to get internet for a while.

So I am afraid it could be up to a month before I am back online and able to find the time to get back online here. I will pop on from time to time if I can while I visit my family or friends with the internet. But don't count on it too much.

I have so much to do tomorrow. I have to move out by the end of the day tomorrow and get the house in a reasonable living condition so we can actually live in there tomorrow night. Fingers crossed we get it done.

So I really do hope you all have a wonderful Christmas and a very happy new year as well. Be safe this Christmas season and don't take risks.

    Take care.

    Torana

I'm glad you found somewhere to rent, Torana, even if it is at Christmas. We moved only three days before christmas when we came back from New Zealand, and I think having your presents and dinner in the new house makes it feel more like home quickly.
I hope you have a good Christmas,
    Heather x

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. Does that mean no more smurf house?

thanks everyone. Have had quite a few hiccups along the way, but slowly getting past those and the move is going alright. SO damn stressful though!!!

Should be all done by Christmas. Just had a few things to fix before we could live in the house. But it's almost ready now. yay!

And flashgordon... sadly it does mean no more smurf house. Actually... that is a damn good thing! :D
