I'm JWhy, and I'm kind of a struggling writer right now. My last semester of university was so work intensive that it's been about six months since I've been able to pick up a book again, let alone write. I did discover that I love editing, but having to do at minimum sixty pages a week on top of all my other reading work burnt me, and left no energy for my creative side. Getting back into the swing of things is what I aim to do, now that I'm taking some time off from university and I can actually read for pleasure again. I'm very excited and equally nervous to be here and to getting to know some of you and your writing.
Hi JWhy . . . yes, Uni studies can, at times be quite intense. Good too see that you've had a "breather". Not sure whether writing (author) or editting (editor/proofer) is harder? Editing final copies still has a fair few errors . . . PS: Hi and Welcome
Hi JWhy. It's been a long time since I was in uni. I remember that it could be quite a drain. Maybe rest and relaxation is just what the doctor ordered. Cheers.
