Hi everyone! My name is Matt and I have worked in Publishing as an Analyst for about a year and a half. Before that I worked in a University Library doing Course Reserves & Resource Sharing (ILL) for about 3 years. I am going to be 25 years old next month and have been searching for creative endeavors to pursue now that I am comfortable in my profession. The last time I joined + was active in a writing forum was when I created an account on KidPub (a kids version of this forum) in 2010. I have combed through a lot of my 12, 13, and 14 year old self writing (grammar errors galore), and found inspiration in some of them. I may even edit them into new + better stories to post on this forum. One of these is a story of my ancestors homeplace after they migrated from France to Nova Scotia in the 1600's and the inevitably Acadian-British Conflicts of the 18th century.
