Just a heads up. I got a notification a few days ago that Facebook wanted to train their AI on my FB uploaded content. In the notification was a link to opt out, which I did. You need to write a reason for wanting to opt out. I wrote that as a writer I want to own and control my own content. I later got an email saying they would adhere to my wish. To opt out you need to access Meta help center. Should be somewhere in privacy options.
