Thanks. But to be honest, I have no interest in an advertising campaign. I just need one person - I don't want to bother setting up a whole advertising deal for that - even if it was inexpensive. Why not let employers submit threads in a designated "freelance jobs" section for a small fee. All automated of course. It's not rocket science to set that up. Seems like an obvious addition, especially since the forum is asking for donations towards server cost.
