I was sending an invitation with the system here, when I noticed something. At the bottom of the screen it says "You didn't send any invitation yet" which I know is incorrect. I know it seems like I'm being picky, but I just thought since this is a writing forum, good grammar should be everywhere. P.S. As you can see, I attached an image of the problem.
it IS correct grammar, though perhaps not the best wording... what do you think is poor grammar in that sentence?
to me it feels jerky when i reed it, personaly i would have written: You haven't sent any invitations yet. i think it sounds mych better please tell me if i'm wrong)
It isn't incorrect as it stands, even though the plural sounds a bit better. 'Tis a niggling nit you're wigglin', methinks.
he's/we're right... either way is grammatically correct... and i did say it could have been worded a bit better as far as style goes, but as cog noted, it's not worth spending a whole thread on...
