    The stuff that they have come up with is pretty amazing on it's own. I for one will be immediately putting red mercury into my work, just to keep these people guessing.

    This was really interesting. :) I had assumed that the film RED 2 had fabricated the item as a novelty for the story-line.

    Loved this quote especially. I'm really considering tacking it up above my computer as inspiration:

    I mean, what a perfect encapsulation of the sci-fi writing process :)
