Okay, I know this is a Daniel Question, and I know he's probably fucked off to Xanadu or Orciny or something as usual, but I just posted a blog entry and found I had to choose from an existing category. Of every category ever listed on the site, apparently. This is the smallest I could make my screen (25%) and only a quarter or so of the categories (including five or six "general writing") are visible. Yeah, yeah, until XF1 finally collapses: but I thought the team might not know yet.
There are also 4 'rants,' a 'rants and ramblings,' and most importantly, 'general rants.' Also going to piggyback off this to mention the 'Recent Blog Entries' link leads to a page of members' blogs ordered in a way I cannot understand. I think before it just led to a chrono-descending list... which is what I would normally expect.
i can confirm this is a daniel only thing - the blog system is an add on and the only control mingo and i have are the ability to turn it off/on...we don't have access to add on settings Daniel was last on line on Jun 10, last posted May 2 and last had contact with the admin team on May 1 (last on facebook on July 8) Pretty much we are all living with it as it is until Daniel returns from mordor or whereever he went
