Maybe, going on from that Hoomans R Ebil line, the writers were thinking that if our apes slay the girl as well or leave her to die or take her as a slave (any of which would be SOP in old time warfare) it might make the viewers think that Apes Are Teh Evil too. And that wouldn't go along with the writers' political line.

And building a wall? Seriously? Lame, lame, lame.

ダーティペア (Dirty Pair—as in the pair of girls cause calamities... stop that judgment, stop it right now. It's not as sukebe as it sounds in English, I swear.)

    Anyway, the girls are adorable~

(Although I am definitely not showing that much skin. No. Nuh uh. Nope.)

Anyway, I'm going to be Kei & my best girl is hyped up to be Yuri. We're already discussing what material the WWWA uniform will be—I'm thinking a Polyester/Lycra blend but she thinks Spandex/Nylon. We agreed no pleather or vinyl types as we want to be able to sit down and not have catastrophic wardrobe malfunctions.

A purple haired bomb shell in a revealing yellow outfit who isn't above using her feminine wiles to get her way?

A tan redhead who impulsively acts creating much chaos, but can hack into absolutely anything?

I love cowboy bebop, but I just realized there may have been some influence from the older, less known series.

    So yeah. . . (⌒-⌒; )

Don't forget, sukebe isn't English, although along with genki, it's got my nomination for kidnapping and inclusion (spelled as skebbe)

Sorry, force of habit. My mom uses すけべ in everyday conversations. . . which seems like a very oddly specific thing to come up so frequently.

Weird thing of mixed home is that words & phrases sneak & blend in like they belong to the other language now.

But I'll definitely second your nomination.

It is, but that pic is the the 50's, maybe early 60's. That's a 50's bullet bra she's wearing.

The website I stole it from lied to me. It said they were bullet bras from the 30s-40s.
    Go figure they lied. :p

Some of the coolest photos I've ever seen in my life were ones shown to me by a lady named Mardi. She was a "client" at an adult model day care center for people with memory disorders where I volunteered during my college years. She had been an aircraft mechanic during WWII. You never knew if the stories the clients told you were true or not, given the nature of the situation, but one day her daughter comes to pick her up, finds us chatting, and tells me that next time she'll bring one of Mardi's photo albums so I could see. She did. It gives me goosebumps to this day to remember. The MOST awesome, boogie-woogie bugle boy photos you could ask to see. The ladies were all in their sharp uniforms and looking Hollywood as you please. Mardi had trouble remembering my name, but she knew every single aircraft in those photos, inside and out. She mentioned their mechanical problems and the things they had to do to get them flying again. I was blown away. When they left, I went and sat in the TV room by myself for a minute because I had started crying. Kendra, the nurse in charge of the facility, came in and asked me what was wrong. I explained about the album, that I was just a little overwhelmed and apologized for being silly. She told me there was no need to apologize, moments like that were the reason she loved this job so much.

Is the Emperor pre or post Horus heresy?

If pre, I go Emperor, If post, Guardsman, but only if they're from Tanith First and Only.

I wonder if guys generally talk shit about other guys behind their backs and if they do, what is it they hone in on?

(I just got a new team mate. My female colleagues who've been here longer seem to enjoy finding faults in her, like she wears too much make-up or she never says hi :bigmeh:)

The Germans built the V2, that went on to go to the moon, while we built aircraft carriers out of wood-pulp and ice. And the fastest plane of its day out of plywood. Damn, but we can do Heath-Robinson!

Incidentally, the US marines tried to find a way to solidify a swamp (initial ideas centred around freezing it) 'cos they hated wading ashore through mud.

Yes men do it too. They usually rag on another guy about his sexuality or his masculinity.
And sometimes it is merited if they are not pulling their weight on the job.

So now you know that we all gossip behind peoples backs at some point or another.
Seems we all like to have negative speculation about people in a group setting. IDK.
