Out of Service

Sorry, I didn't want you guys to think that I'd forgotten about you.

I was badly hurt in an accident last Saturday. I broke my neck, actually.

I'll be okay, but right now I'm a little drugged up. So, hopefully when I'm feeling better I'll be back around more.

 

Well, you can still type. So that's a good thing. Unless you have one of those Stephen Hawking contraptions that lets you form words with your eye movements. Or whatever that thing does.

 

Damn, I hope your alright? Was the car badly damaged, and did you have insurance?

The car was totalled. The engine compartment was almost completely destroyed, and the force of the impact tore up both the front and back.

I did have car insurance, but I lost my health insurance at the end of September.

Well, "soon" is relative. I'm probably going to need about a month of bedrest, and I'm only on week 2.
