I thought each member had a 'gallery' where they can post several stories? Or was that on a different forum? I looked at several before deciding to join this one, it could have been one of them. I've been looking high and low all around the site and can't find anything about member galleries. Does anything like this exist? Is there a place we can post our work aside from the critique section? -Confused
Thanks Naomasa. Ok, then I guess I was wrong–that must have been one of the other forums. I thought it was this one the whole time. Not that I have anything I want to post right now, but I just wanted to look at hopefully some finished stories rather than just excerpts, and when I couldn't find the Gallery I thought existed, I started hearing the Twilight Zone music. And I suppose to find finished stories I could check out some of the old contests.
the whole basic concept is that this is a work shopping forum to help writers grow, not a place to display finished work ... the blogs are a slight anomaly from that principle but on the whole people don't post finished work there either.
There used to be a gallery, but no one ever used it so it was discontinued a year or two ago. You can still access it but there are no guarantees for how long it will stay up, and when it is taken down everything in it will be deleted without notice.
Thanks guys. It's possible I read about it on an older page about this site, not sure now. Oh well, it's all good.
