I just want to reiterate - I do not like this system, compared with the old system of subforums for each genre. It takes focus away from older stories once they drop off the top, and I think it discourages people from posting their work. It might be me, but it seems some genres are under-represented compared to before, possibly related to the above.
If I’m brutally honest I agree with you this wasn’t a mod team driven change. I’d say you need to discuss it with the owner but since he last logged on in June I wouldn’t expect a quick reply we could change back but it would be a lot of work and not something I’m comfortable committing to without the owner present the less represented genres isn’t totally down to this alone… for example romance is less represented than it used to be due to the departure of the chicken clique Erotica is less represented than it used to be because Wrey was the main driving force and without his regular input it has less visibility
